We slept reasonably well in the Krabi La Playa Resort in Ao Nang, a little less than yesterday, but then we were also very tired.
We are late for breakfast and we can just eat. The breakfast also tastes good, and will continue to do so during our entire stay in this hotel.
We book a day trip to a few islands with the lady in the lobby of the hotel for tomorrow.

We have no plans for today and we decide to take a look at Hat Noppharat Thara, from Google Maps we get the impression that it is a beautiful natural park.
We drive there with a songthaew. It is quite busy and we get the impression that it is mainly a mooring place for ferries.
Again according to Google, a hiking trail has been set out, and we inquire at the information center. There is no hiking trail.
We walk on the beach and we can walk around a kind of headland. The beach is quiet, fairly clean and we have nice views.

We return to Ao Nang and continue with the songthaew to the point where the boulevard bends inland. We continue walking on a narrow road where the number of massage parlors, bars and hotels is particularly striking. It's busy.
At the end of the road are a lot of monkeys and a narrow path with wooden stairs and bamboo handrails leads up a mountain. Tom doesn't like that after a few hundred meters because of his fear of heights.

We walk back and we get hungry. After a bit of searching and comparing we sit down at Blue Marlin, a rooftop restaurant. It looks nice and the people are friendly. We order fried vegetables and grilled fish, which later turns out to be fish from the oven. The food is decent but not very special.
